Shipping & Returns
Shipping Guidelines:
We ship our products from 3 locations;
Our On-Site Warehouse: Shipping occurs within 24-hours on all in-stock products.
Our Off-Site Warehouse: Shipping occurs within 24-48 hours on all in-stock products.
Our Manufacturing Warehouse: Shipping occurs within 24-72 hours, this applies to all custom orders and all products not in-stock at either our on-site or off-site warehouse locations.
All items are shipped with insurance and tracking. These services are included in the standard shipping fee.
Standard shipping fee is $7.50 USPS, per shipment (based on weight of product).
Delivery times vary as we do not control the parcel once it is turned over to the shipping company.
Average delivery times to most major cites is 3-7 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 12 days, if the item is not in stock or is in stock and is being shipped from our manufacturing warehouse.

We ship via: USPS (Standard method), UPS, DHL, EMS, FEDEX (Express methods)
A signature is required for all deliveries, no exceptions.
All deliveries must ship to a verified address.
If you have special needs you will need to speak with customer service to request special arrangements.
RETURN POLICY:
Here at spygear4less.com our mission is to offer our customers the best quality products at the best possible prices! Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by spygear4less.com before any products are returned. You must call 1-877-259-2470 ext. 5 and request a RMA number, (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item. We have elected to implement this policy because of the attraction of our products to unscrupulous people who use and return products after they have benefited from the short-term use of the products. All of our products are tested and quality checked before shipping. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. All products are backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
All products are considered to be "special orders" by the customer ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer or are deemed defective by spygear4less.com, within 3 days of receipt by the customer. All returns must be authorized by spygear4less.com before the product is returned. Spygear4less.com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at spygear4less.com's discretion. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis as determined by spygear4less.com.
In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from spygear4less.com. All return must be authorized by a representative of spygear4less.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from spygear4less.com. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM SPYGEAR4LESS.COM WITHIN A FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S). WARRANTY: All products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days by the manufacturer (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer)-- 95% of our products carry a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of damage, misuse, abuse or alteration to the products.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:
It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not the distributor), to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any items listed on this web site. Consult an attorney or law enforcement professional, regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511.
